Safe & Sober Housing Program for Women

Sweet Magnolia provides a temporary housing program for women who embrace recovery from their drug and/or alcohol addiction. The main objective of Freedom House, Inc. is to provide a loving and supportive Christian environment where these women have the opportunity to be set free from addiction through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Freedom House is working in collaboration with the Bonner County Drug Court program in developing the guidelines for administration of the facility, and applicants participating in that program will have first priority for residency at The Sweet Magnolia.

Applications from women who are not Drug Court participants will be considered based on available accommodations.

More Information

All residents will be expected to participate in regular Bible-based studies and attend the Life Skills Training program which will be offered in house. Residents will also be encouraged to enter into a mentoring relationship, and to attend the Christian church of their choice.

Applications for residency at The Sweet Magnolia will be available at this website, through the Bonner County Drug Court program and through the Chaplaincy ministry at Bonner County Jail after September 1, 2017.
